Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to install, inspect, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with solar equipment and a strong understanding of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain solar PV systems (residential & commercial)

• Perform system inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs

• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Conduct routine performance testing and maintenance

• Prepare reports on system performance and issues

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Electrical / Solar Technology

• 1+ years of experience in solar installation or maintenance

• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and tools

• Ability to work at heights and outdoors

• Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Solar certification (NABCEP or equivalent)

• Experience with inverters and battery systems
